Physical Description: Philip dresses to impress. He generally wears black and blue robes. Sometimes when he feels lazy he dosen't wear his robes he will wear a nice pair of pants and a nice dress shirt. Philip has a scar on his wrist,neck as well as his back which goes from his tail bone all the way up to his shoulders.
Personality: Philip is a really good guy with a good sense of humour(in his mind anyway). He has a good ability to hold his temper in but eventually he will snap. Once he snaps it is a terrible thing until he calms back down. He is very kind hearted and understanding.
Powers: Apparation,Legilimacy and Occlumency,wandless magic as well as worldess magic. All skills he obtained to show his students how these abilitites would be good to use when dealing with the dark arts.
The past is the past.
History: Philip was born into an average wizarding family. His mom is a witch and his dad is a wizard. So clearly he isn't disrespectfull towards those that are half and half. Philip's mom just loved that her husband was a wizard since she had a thing for magicans. Philips's family wasn't too happy that he had went off and married a muggle but no matter how hard they tried he wouldn't leave her. After he wouldn't leave her his family would no longer support him financially so they got their own little place and were quite happy.
After two years of living happily together Philip was born. Philip grew up a very smart kid. He grew up with many friends, few girlfriends here and there(nobody serious), and a love for becoming the defense against the dark arts professor one day. Despite having to work to get to where he wanted he would not fail. After six years of trying he finally was able to teach.
He has now been teaching for almost three years now and he usually loves every moment of it. The only thing he wishes he could have in his life was a nice woman to share it with.

RP Sample: Phipip woke up very early in the morning. He had woken up suddenly and remembered that he had forgottten to plan out his lessons for the day. Being a professor wasn't like any other job out there. If you went into class not prepared the students were likely to get upset with you, then call their parents. Once the parents were involved it was a never ending cycle.
Then the parents would usually keep checking on how the progress is going. So it was just better to not go down that road. Once Philip finally got out of bed he took a shower. Once he was finished with the shower he got dressed in his blue and black robes, grabbed his books and headed towards the dundgeons where his classroom was. He decided to just leave his classroom door open rather then close it.
Besides he always told his students his door was always open. Even though of course it wasn't always open since sometimes it was closed. He took a seat at his desk and opened up his books and tried to figure out what to teach his students today. He had the first years today as well as the seventh years. It wasn't hard to plan his lessons for the day it was just always hard to figure out which to teach first.
